Why it matters
Stock transmitters that ship with Mini-Z ReadySets are functional but limited. No model memory, no expo, minimal adjustment range. A proper transmitter like the Futaba 4PM Plus adds the controls you need to actually dial in a Mini-Z (the old Kyosho Syncro EX-6R that used to be the default here is discontinued). On the receiver side, the ASF board can be replaced or upgraded for faster response and better aftermarket electronics compatibility.
