Batteries & Chargers
Consistent voltage means consistent lap times. The right cell and charger extend runtime and simplify your pit routine.
Why it matters
Alkaline batteries sag under load and you can feel the car slow as voltage drops mid-run. Quality NiMH cells (Eneloop is the standard) deliver more consistent output and are rechargeable. LiPo conversion requires a compatible ESC but gives flat-curve power delivery and longer runtime between charges. Either way, a proper charger with individual cell monitoring pays for itself quickly.
